How do I store Cronuts?


Our Cronuts are made fresh every hour and delivered out on the same day. We recommend consuming on the same day you receive them for optimal freshness. Store in a cool, dry place. Please do not refrigerate the Cronut, as the humidity from the refrigerator will make them soggy. Please do not rebake the Cronut as it is filled with cream. However, refrigeration will help extend the shelf life of the product till the next 12-24 hours to prevent the Cronuts from getting an oily texture. If you do wish to cut your Cronut, please use a serrated knife, so as not to crush the layers.




Can I order for same day delivery?


Certainly! Our pastries are freshly baked everyday to satisfy every craving!




Can I add a special message for the delivery?


Yes! You can add a handwritten special message for a friend/partner/family with ease:

  2. Enter the intended delivery address and time of delivery
  3. Click "Order now" when checking out
  4. Enter your message under the "special instructions" column
  5. That's it! Our logistics team will be notified of your request and will carry it out!




Can I change the flavours for the Signature Boxes?


The flavours for the KLCG Signature Boxes are fixed with assorted flavours. However, if requested, we would be able to carry out any changes per your request to either cinnamon/original only!

How do I track my order?


For Beep/Grab/FoodPanda/EASI Once an order is placed through any of these platforms, you can check on the status of your order under "recent orders" within the "order history" category. For beepit.link via KLCG.online Once an order is placed through KLCG.beepit, you will be directed to a page that will assist you in keeping track of your order that includes all the necessary status of your order. Rider status would be sent to the recipient's phone number via SMS notifications within the delivery time frame.




Are our pastries muslim friendly?


Rest assured, our pastries are made with only halal-certified ingredients that are meant to satisfy every craving!




Can I self-arrange a rider?


Certainly! You can place an order for "pick-up" and self-arrange your delivery riders via Grab Express/Lalamove/MrSpeedy etc, if we are unable to fulfil the delivery request on any of our platforms. Please notify your delivery riders the order-ID that is attached along with your order status.
